There is a mandatory 10-day upset bid period once the initial bid is posted at the Randolph County Courthouse. Any upset bid must exceed the current bid by at least 5%. Your buyer will be responsible for placing the upset bid at the courthouse. There will be no repairs made by the sellers!!!
