Sale will be by 10 business day upset process with multiple chances to bid. All bids will be submitted by email and a contract prepared after bid closing and preliminary acceptance of the bid by NC DOT. 10 day period will begin with submission of the first bid. All bidders must complete REALTOR® Standard Form 610 prior to bidding indicating acceptance of 10% Auction Premium. Form is available from the Listing Agent. Processing of the sale by DOT will take a minimum or 3-4 months after bid closing.
